The HH Hunt Spring Arbor project is working towards the development of prototype senior living facilities for Assisted Living (AL) and
Memory Care (MC) from inception to Design Development. JSR Associates, Inc. is providing architectural services to include existing facility assessment, programming, planning, interior design, civil, structural, MEP, IT, and infrastructure systems.

Focus groups and stakeholder meetings with administration, front-line staff, residents and families, assessments of existing facilities, and evaluations of existing conditions are being used to determine and understand operations and optimal layouts,
systems, and integration of the systems to provide ef cient, safe, sustainable, and cost effective facilities for the residents, staff, and visitors. The prototypes will set the standards and be site adapted to other proposed HH Hunt locations in D.C. area, Maryland

and Pennsylvania.

One prototype will be set for Urban/Suburban and another for Suburban/Rural each with standardized but exible components,
with life cycle cost analysis performed for MEP systems to determine optimal and energy efficient systems. Green Globes® CIEB has been used to evaluate the three existing locations, Greensboro NC, Leesburg and Richmond, VA as a benchmark for existing building improvements, updates, and future proposed sites.
